According to some recent reports and news worldwide, it is rumoured to be the richest man in the world Mr. Carlos Slim Helu who offered Manny Pacquiao the $65 Million just to have the Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 be played in his hometown, Mexico. This Mexican billionaire is the richest man in the world who owns the biggest telecommunication site in the United States and in the whole world. Some of his telecommunication companies that he owns are America Movil, Latin America’s largest mobile phone carrier.
